Commercial agent in dialogue marketing
As a commercial agent in dialogue marketing, you are the link between the company and its customers. Your main task is to process customer requests professionally and to ensure a positive customer experience. You will use various communication channels for this, such as telephone, email, or chat.

- Customer advice and support: You will answer questions, provide information about products and services, and help with problems.
- Sales and distribution: You will inform customers about new offers and products and support sales in customer acquisition, for example, in our Audi Online Advice tool.
- Data analysis: You will evaluate customer feedback and market data in order to increase customer satisfaction and optimise processes.
- Quality assurance: You will ensure that all communication processes comply with company standards and are continuously improved.
- Communication techniques: You will learn how to communicate professionally with customers and cater to their needs.
- Knowledge of products and services: You will gain in-depth knowledge of the Volkswagen Group's products and services.
- Sales and marketing strategies: You will learn how to develop and successfully implement sales strategies.
- IT and CRM systems: You will be trained in the use of modern IT and customer relationship management systems.
- Project work: You will work on projects that will enable you to apply theoretical knowledge in practice.
- You will learn directly on the job and will be supervised by experienced, specialist coaches.
- Our goal is to deploy trainees in our company even after they complete their vocational training. We will discuss the options for continued employment together at an early stage.
