Commercial agent in dialogue marketing

Training as a commercial agent in dialogue marketing opens up an exciting and versatile career in digital customer communication. It is offered at our locations in Potsdam and Ingolstadt. As a commercial agent in dialogue marketing, you are the link between the company and its customers. Your main task is to process customer requests professionally and to ensure a positive customer experience. You will use various communication channels for this, such as telephone, email, or chat. 

What you should be able to bring to the team

  • You attain a good average grade in your school-leaving qualification. Furthermore, you stand out for your high willingness to learn and desire to innovate.

  • You are actively committed to your professional future, like working in a team, and enjoy communicating with customers.

  • You are open, reliable, and enthusiastic and have good knowledge of German and English.

  • Customer advice and support: You will answer questions, provide information about products and services, and help with problems.
  • Sales and distribution: You will inform customers about new offers and products and support sales in customer acquisition, for example, in our Audi Online Advice tool.
  • Data analysis: You will evaluate customer feedback and market data in order to increase customer satisfaction and optimise processes.
  • Quality assurance: You will ensure that all communication processes comply with company standards and are continuously improved.

  • Communication techniques: You will learn how to communicate professionally with customers and cater to their needs.
  • Knowledge of products and services: You will gain in-depth knowledge of the Volkswagen Group's products and services.
  • Sales and marketing strategies: You will learn how to develop and successfully implement sales strategies.
  • IT and CRM systems: You will be trained in the use of modern IT and customer relationship management systems.
  • Project work: You will work on projects that will enable you to apply theoretical knowledge in practice.

  • You will learn directly on the job and will be supervised by experienced, specialist coaches.
  • Our goal is to deploy trainees in our company even after they complete their vocational training. We will discuss the options for continued employment together at an early stage.

1. Telephone interview

After receiving your application, we will conduct an initial telephone interview in order to get to know you better and to gain a first impression of your skills and interests.

2. In-person interview

If the telephone interview was successful, we will invite you to an in-person interview. Here, you will also take a test that assesses your suitability for the training.

3. Taster day on site

After a successful interview, you will have the opportunity to spend a taster day with us. This day gives you the opportunity to gain an insight into the daily work of your colleagues, to clarify final questions, and to visit the premises on site before you make your decision.
