Who we are

Audi Interaction GmbH stands for excellent customer service and innovative communication solutions – with premium standards. As a wholly-owned subsidiary of AUDI AG, with locations in Potsdam and Ingolstadt, we are present wherever people come into contact with the Audi brand. Other brands of the Volkswagen Group, such as SEAT and CUPRA, also rely on us and our high standards for premium quality and customer satisfaction.

    With our Environmental Day and sustainable initiatives integrated into everyday work, such as waste separation, mindful eating, and tree-planting activities, we collectively contribute to the well-being of people and nature. For every fruit basket we order, a tree is planted in Malawi—a small step toward a greener future and greater opportunities for the local community.

    Together for a good cause: As part of the initiative “We live responsibility,” Audi employees around the world dedicate a day of their free time to support social institutions in their local communities.

    Wunschbaum Initiative

    With our year-end "Wunschbaum" initiative, we bring smiles to children's faces. Our employees receive wish cards from children and help fulfill their heartfelt wishes. Together, we make children's eyes light up and spread joy.

    Blood Drive Campain

    By donating blood in cooperation with the German Red Cross (DRK) in Potsdam, we not only save lives but also do something beneficial for our own health. Blood donation helps lower blood pressure and reduces the risk of cardiovascular diseases. Once or twice a year, the DRK visits our organization in Potsdam, giving us the opportunity to do something good during working hours.

    Spare Cent Donation

    With the voluntary “spare cent” donation program, employees can choose to donate the cent portion of their monthly salary—up to a maximum of 99 cents per month. These small contributions are pooled and donated to children’s charities, supporting vital projects for disadvantaged children around the world. Together, we can make a big difference with just a little.
