Our application process

Would you like to apply for a job with us? We will explain to you how our application process works in five steps.

  • Decision / feedback

    After getting to know each other in person, we look forward to receiving your final feedback on the application process. We will then get back to you within seven working days with a decision or an offer of a contract.

  • Telephone interview

    During the first telephone interview, we will get to know you better and give you an overview of the role, as well as the most important general conditions (working hours, induction, etc.). For applicants for customer service positions, we check their skills in written communication after the interview by means of an online German test. As a premium service provider for customer communication, we require very good written and spoken German.

  • Digital interview

    A positive first interview is followed by a digital interview with the potential manager. The aim of this conversation is not only for you to get to know each other, but also to present the company and its future tasks. Furthermore, in this conversation, we would already like to talk completely transparently about the possible general conditions (desired salary, mobile working, etc.) and the additional advantages we offer.

  • Getting to know each other in person on site

    If you impress us in the digital interview as well, we will invite you to a final get-together in person, in the form of a side by side or a team meeting. Here, you can obtain the last bits of information you are still missing about the company and can get to know your future colleagues and the working environment better.

  • Decision / feedback

    After getting to know each other in person, we look forward to receiving your final feedback on the application process. We will then get back to you within seven working days with a decision or an offer of a contract.
