    Flexible Working

    To ensure a healthy balance between work and leisure, we offer a 38-hour work week and 30 vacation days. With various working time models, compensation for overtime, or paid leave, we can provide you with the best possible flexibility. For certain occasions, such as your own wedding, there is a legal or company entitlement to paid leave. To provide our customers with excellent service all year round and around the clock, some of our employees in customer service work in shifts. For their special commitment, they receive bonuses for weekend, holiday, and night shifts.
