Audi Emergency Service

In the event of a breakdown or accident, our Audi Emergency Service Centre is available to our Audi customers around the clock as part of the Audi Mobility Guarantee. Our experts provide advice to all Audi customers in Germany whose vehicles have broken down and are also the first point of contact for German customers who have an emergency abroad. A multilingual team ensures that these issues are resolved competently and professionally abroad.

Audi Employee Vehicle Business

Employees of AUDI AG and Audi Interaction have the option of using Audi vehicles at employee conditions. For this purpose, the Employee Vehicle Centre (EVC) is the central point of contact for the purchase and leasing of new Audi vehicles, while the Employee Used Car Centre (EUCC)is the central contact for the purchase of a used Audi vehicle. To ensure a smooth handling process, our team deals with all enquiries from the entire employee vehicle business.
